A year of Tuesdays

One family photographed the same ordinary day of the week for a whole year.

Written by Priya Nair

Every family has a photo that does more work than it should. It sits on a fridge or a desk and quietly holds a whole year of memories. This story is about one of those pictures and the people around it.

The clip below is what we put on while sorting. It runs long enough to get through a month of photos.

Older kids are tricky. Asking them to take some of the photos works better than chasing them.

Does this work for older kids too? Mine are 11 and 14 and hide from the camera.

I printed our first book after reading this and my daughter has not put it down since.
